How is pricing structured?
All plans are billed annually. Pricing is based on the number of users in your organization who access the AlignSure platform. Contact us for custom pricing for organizations with unique requirements.
What is included in onboarding?
Every plan includes guided onboarding with our implementation team. This covers Microsoft 365 tenant connection, framework configuration, user provisioning, and initial evidence collection setup. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding with a named Customer Success Manager.
Do you offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?
Yes. BAA execution is available on all plans. Enterprise customers receive BAA execution as part of the standard onboarding process. Essentials and Professional customers can request a BAA at any time.
What Microsoft 365 licenses are required?
AlignSure integrates with Microsoft 365 Business Basic and above. Users authenticate via Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). No additional Microsoft licenses are required beyond your existing tenant.
How is my data secured?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Each customer operates in a logically isolated tenant. PHI receives additional column-level encryption. See our Security page for full details.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, with prorated billing applied to your current term. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal period.
What is the Founding Partner Program?
The Founding Partner Program is available to a limited number of early-adopting organizations. Founding Partners receive preferred pricing locked for 24 months, early access to new features, and direct input on the product roadmap.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for the period specified in your service agreement, after which it is securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
